Needle Size: 2.5 - 4mm needles (US 1.5 - 6) and C - G hook
Gauge (stocking stitch): 28sts x 36 rows over 10cm/4 inches on 3.25mm (US 3) needles
 
Since this is hand dyed yarn, there are subtle differences between the skeins. If purchasing multiple skeins, it is recommended to alternate between them. 
Care Instructions: Hand wash using a wool detergent in cold water, avoid wringing and twisting. Dry flat, do not sun dry, spin or tumble dry.
Spun with two plies, this yarn resembles a tiny string of lustrous pearls and looks as lovely on the hank as it does knitted up. The silkworms that produce the silk are fed only on mulberry leaves, and the resulting silk is some of the finest in the world. The mulberry silk is worsted spun to produce a yarn that is luxuriously soft and smooth but not slippery as many synthetic fibres are. Silk is one of the strongest natural fibres. It is absorbent and feels cool to the touch so is perfect for spring and summer garments and accessories.
